Cost outcome approach
The majority of studies (18 evaluations) presented data on post- intervention costs only [27,32,33,38–51]. Eleven studies presented data on healthcare costs before (pre) and after (post) providing the intervention [26,28–31,34,36,37,44,53,54]. One study reported only on pre-intervention costs [52].
