The World Bank estimates that this plan will require approximately $219 million US dollars to ensure sustained control of the outbreak.[37] Preliminary cost for immediate recovery programs is estimated at around $625 million. Therefore, the total costs for the recovery plan will be approximately $844 million.[37] The World Bank has developed specific response teams for each of the West African nations affected by the Ebola outbreak.[373839] The overall framework will also involve the WHO, the United States government, various public health coalitions, as well as other third party organizations to secure the funds needed for the development, initiation, and successful execution of this plan.
