Cell lines
The mouse B cell line A20.2J has been previously described [26], [27]. Cells were grown in RPMI 1640, 10% FCS, 10 µM 2-ME, 2 mM L-glutamine, and antibiotics. HI-5 insect cells (Invitrogen) expressing CD154 have been described [28].
