Helices H1–H4 of the solution (cyan) and crystal (yellow) structures of the N-terminal domain of Nab2 superimposed well, but the position of helix H5 changed substantially between the two. In the solution structure, this helix appeared to be less intimately associated with the rest of the domain. The change in the position of helix H5 may be due to the removal of residues 95–99 from this helix in the crystal structure or might be the result of crystal packing.
