Sequencing
The genome of Bt (B. thailandensis E264) was sequenced and assembled using the random shotgun method [31]. The entire genome sequence and annotation have been deposited in the GenBank database (accession nos. CP000086 and CP000085 for chromosomes I and II, respectively).
