Reaction mixtures containing various concentrations of CoA (0.05–0.7 mM) were incubated at 37°C for up to 20 min with 0.1 μg Trx-Y87G2A.14 fusion protein. Initial rates of hydrolysis were determined after separation of the products by HPLC as described in Materials and methods.
