INDICATION:
XXXX-year-old with hypertension and XXXX for one XXXX.
COMPARISON:
None.
FINDINGS:
Heart size is upper limits of normal. The pulmonary XXXX and mediastinum are within normal limits. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. There is right basilar air space opacity.
IMPRESSION:
Right middle lobe and lower lobe pneumonia. Followup radiographs in 8-12 weeks after appropriate therapy are indicated to exclude an underlying abnormality.
