FINDINGS:
Heart size and mediastinal contour within normal limits. Calcified granuloma in the left lung base. No focal airspace consolidation, pneumothorax, or large pleural effusion. No acute osseous abnormality.
IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.
