Enlarged cardiomediastinal silhouette. Low lung volumes. Relative elevation of right hemidiaphragm. XXXX left base density. No focal consolidation, pneumothorax or large pleural effusion. Negative for acute bone abnormality.
IMPRESSION:
Cardiomegaly without heart failure. Minimal XXXX left basilar scarring/atelectasis.
