Specificity of the GST-fused MHV N protein for detection of anti-MHV antibody was confirmed by the lack of cross-reactivity of anti-MHV S serum with the GST-fused SeV N protein, used as an irrelevant GST control antigen ( Fig.  2 ; see also Table 2 ).
