In line with these observations, we find that two of our peptides, PC2 and PC4, despite their short length, show helical propensities in 50% TFE (Fig.  5) ; although taking into account PC4′s highly aromatic amino acid composition, the "helical" structure must be confirmed by other methods (49) .
