[Reversible orthostatic hypotension during vincristine therapy]. Reversible orthostatische Hypotension unter Vincristintherapie. A 69-year old patient with high-grade malignant lymphoma experienced severe orthostatic hypotension during vincristine therapy. The symptoms disappeared when vincristine treatment was discontinued. The mechanism of the orthostatic hypotension is discussed.
